I got my normal size L and it fits great over protector or on the bases. The athletic mesh material keeps me cool even at 90+ degrees and it looks professional. Easy to quick wash in cold and wear the next day.

I really love this shirt. It's roomy enough for my chest protector, yet not too baggy for the field. I prefer my polos have a little more of an athletic fit and this does a great job of that.

Bought 3 of these and don’t have to wear them because I prefer grey. I like the grey and black or the black and grey. It’s just a color preference but all three colors are cool regardless of the weather.

I saw a lot of other umpires in my area with these and used a fellow umpire's black V2 during the summer and from there I knew I had to have these amazing shirts. Lightweight and breathable. The shirt is true to size. When you wash it if you take it straight out of the drying and hang it up you don’t really have to iron it. Good stuff!!!

I will only buy the SMITTY brand shirt. It is lightweight and the collar lays properly. The shirt breathes well on warm days and has a nice long tail for tucking in easily. The shirt stays put once it is tucked into my performance shorts.

Great shirt! The fit is perfect! I love the upgraded fabric in the Body Flex. Feels better than the “other-more-expensive” brand. Will definitely be buying more as they are needed.

The Smitty V2 Umpire Shirt is a big improvement from the Smitty Jersey. A step ahead of the Majestics now with the poly/spandex blend. It's great material. The stretch fabric improves the fit substantially!

If you have not yet bought one of the Smitty Body Flex umpire shirts, I STRONGLY recommend that you do! I have both the sky blue and black shirts and absolutely LOVE them! They are extremely light weight. They are extremely breathable on a very warm day. And they are extremely professional looking. You will not be disappointed with these shirts!

I started with the Majestic shirt of this same design. Since no longer available here, on to Smitty. So far, shirt seems fine...but the pocket allows me to lose items when I am running to position. I did NOT have issues with Majestic.

These umpire shirts are great, and they actually have been improved greatly since the 1st Smitty version which honestly was a disappointing product. I gave mine away to a rookie. The new Smitty shirts are much nicer (IMO) than the Majestics, plus they cost less. The mesh material dries very quickly and resists stains. A+

These umpire shirts look and feel good. However, stitching/hemming on the inside of the sleeve fell apart on second use. Hemming completely came undone and I will need to replace.

Very comfortable however the cut is much smaller than the other (non-MLB style) which specifically states that they're sized for fit to wear with a chest protector. I'm not certain I will be able to wear the medium with a chest protector like I normally do.

Great shirt! It is very cool in hot weather and it is also very comfortable. You may want two of these shirts. One for the base and other one for the plate. I plan to have one L and one XL since my chest protector is sticking out a bit too much with size L shirt.

I wore one of these for the first time last weekend when a partner happened to be the same size and had an extra one with him. I loved how much cooler this umpire shirt felt on a 90+ degree day with a 100+ heat index compared to usual shirt of a different style. Despite being a darker shade of blue than what I usually wear, I didn't feel nearly as hot in this shirt. Highly recommend and will be purchasing one for next season.
