Great gloves works well with your phone even, no need to take off. The back of the hand is a mesh so not great for really windy/really cold weather.

The gloves are comfortable and the integrated down indicator works great! The tackiness on the palms allows me to handle the football with confidence. The gloves are very thin on the back of the hand and do not work well in wind or very cold. I was able to fit a neoprene pair of gloves under these, and the combination kept my hands warm all game.

These gloves are comfortable but if you are looking to keep warm, then I do not recommend. In fact, after a couple of wears, they started to split so I would recommend a size higher than usual.
