Can't do without. Although you do have to replace occasionally as the cushioned mouth grip does start to slip off after a lot of use.

This product works well. Great sound coming from the whistle. One negative is that the rubber finger grips do start to slide off after some use. However I would buy this product again.

I only use the comfort mouth grip. They are much easier on your teeth. I also like how they added rubber grip on the finger handle.
