Cortney Anderson Promoted to Lead of Customer Service Team
Third-year Customer Service Specialist Cortney Anderson earns lead role of our renowned eCommerce Customer Service Team.
Sherie has been with us since 2016 and serves as our Office/Service Manager. She is responsible for all office procedures and day-to-day responsibilities and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. One of her tasks includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
Sherie's role also comes with being the Customer Service Manager as well. This role is rather unique to us in that we believe that world-class customer service starts with quality order processing and fulfillment standards, not just in after-the-fact service. Getting your order out on time and accurately requires excellent collaboration between warehouse and service staff. When done right, it creates a better, all-around experience for the customer.
Sherie's family moved here from Michigan when her husband, Randy, transferred to the Louisville location with Ford Motor Company in 2012. She balances her role with being a mom. She has a daughter and three sons, two of whom also work for us: Austin, the Warehouse Manager, and Ryan, in our order fulfillment department. She is also a grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters.
