Great belt that is durable and designed for umpires who like to look sharp on the field. The only thing I’ve ever had issues with is that I tend to need a new belt every year from wearing the gloss off. But 200+ games a year will do that to any belt.

This belt has held up and still looks as good as new after a full season. It appears it will be my primary belt for a very long time. Make sure to read the sizing guide very closely. I did and mine fits. If I had not, I would have ordered what I normally wear with regular clothes. It is a great belt and I highly recommend it.

Great looking and fitting belt. I got the next size up as instructed and it fits me perfectly. My only complaint is the belt appears thinner than my old one. It's supposed to be 1.75" but just feels a bit thinner than the other one. It still does the job right and looks great, but something is off with it. I still think it's the best umpire belt on the market!

Belts looks great. However very hard to righting up. Buckle is super small and with the leather being kind of sticky it doesn’t want to go thru very well.

I'm giving this 3 stars, because it is much thinner and flimsier leather (by 2+ millimeters) over the last one I purchased here by the same manufacturer. Also, the buckle is now held on by snaps that open easily, not rivets. After one game, it is already creased. Is it worth $30? Yeah probably. But it's 2 quality stars less than the same make and model I purchased here 3-4 years ago. The older version was heirloom quality.

The belt looks nice, but the sizing is NOT as advertised. The length I ordered stated "size 40 (fits 35/36" waist)." I wear a size 36, so this should fit me. However, the smallest hole isn't small enough. This is going back.

In the past, I didn't take seriously enough the need to look VERY sharp. That along with making good calls are two important keys for quality umpires. Worth every penny! This belt is as professional-looking as it gets. From the high gloss finish to the 1 3/4 width, and the square silver buckle. Was using a regular black belt as someone who didn't really know because I haven't gotten certified yet! (Plan to through OHSAA). Anyways that's beside the point, great belt keeps your pants up and in place, looks like an MLB umps belt! Great shine! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

What I like about this belt is that it isn't as stiff as some of the previous, high-gloss belts that I've owned before. It definitely helps with putting it on and taking it off, and it makes putting ball bags on a little easier. It has been a nice, lightweight upgrade to my uniform.

Professional look, can use this belt for both baseball and football. I have one for my combo plate pants that I leave on my pants with ball bags just like Scott shows on the video and one for my base pants. I love the width, the sturdiness and the look.

First game I got this belt I looked sharp and felt sharp, this is a great investment to further look, feel and comfort. I don't have to adjust my waist band at all with these. The umpire/referee belt has the shine that you'd expect though there there are a few ripples from under the material. Not enough for me to return the belt. Fits as outlined on the website. I will buy again in the future.

I have had a few different belts in the past and I currently am using these same Boston patent leather belts. I like the durability (yes, they do wear out) and the professional look. I've noticed a trend that seems to go away from the high gloss finish from the MLB and DI College Umpires, however, I think that these belts are "top notch"!

I love this patent leather belt. Lots of "cheap" belts crack under use, but this one hasn't. I would recommend this belt to anyone, not just for umpiring, but a nice dress belt.

Sturdy belt, make sure you go two pants sizes up so that it completely spans your waste. Belt is snug when being buckled, be careful not to crease the belt at the buckle point as it will wear the belt quickly.

Good, high quality belt. I ordered 38, wearing 36 pants and it fits perfect with about 1/2 of the holes on each side of the buckle when on. I will say that I always replace with a better buckle as I hate trying to wrench a thick belt into a U shape. The stock buckles need to go.

I bought a replacement belt after I put on weight and my old belt is too small. This is a thick, heavy weight belt. As a bonus, this belt can also be used with your Santa outfit for that extra holiday cash!

Belt runs a little large. Measured my waist then ordered belt as instructed by increasing two sizes. When belt arrived was only able to use the shortest hole. Must send back for smaller belt.

This is without question the gold standard of umpire belts. I have had mine for almost 4 years now and it still looks as good as new. When you show up at the field wearing this it gives the impression that you are a serious umpire. Don't waste your money saving $10 buying the cheaper ones. Trust me, you'll be lucky to get two or three seasons out of them.

Superb belt. The "Gold standard" in uniform belts. I bought this belt from Ump-Attire as a replacement for a much larger belt I had in 2011 due to some serious inches loss I was able to undergo while in Afghanistan. I have used it as my plate belt since then for an average of 150 - 175 games a year and it still looks great. The stiffness of the belt has held up and it keeps my pants and ballbags where they are supposed to be. I highly recommend this belt. Order a two sizes in inches larger than your waist for best fit. You cannot buy a better belt for working the plate than this belt in my opinion.

This is the exact belt that MLB and almost all college baseball umpires wear. It is a great looking belt and definitely fits true to size. I would suggest getting this thicker belt rather than the thin ones, just my personal opinion. I think they look better.
