This is the perfect brush for turf fields. It’s easy to remove it from your ball bag and it handles the black rubber pellets with no problems.

Been using this brush for a few years. Like others have said, it stows nicely, either in your back pocket or ball bag. I keep mine in an inner pocket of my bag. Only takes a couple more swipes to clean the plate.

IMO, these are the best umpire plate brushes to carry. They fit neatly into the back pocket allowing your ball bags to be clear of nothing but baseballs. Dirty plate brushes can sometimes create dirty ball bags.

Definitely would recommend purchasing this brush, whether you work baseball or softball. Perfectly sized which allows for you to carry this brush in many different pockets. Whether it’s in your ball bag while working the plate or in your back pocket when working out on the bases. Never again will you struggle with getting the brush out of your ball bag or pants pocket because of the large handle that is customary on other umpire brushes. Definitely a must buy because of its quality & practicality. Couldn’t imagine not having this brush in my equipment bag and with me at all times.

I swear by this umpire plate brush! It's fits perfect in back pocket, and you don't even know it's there. I really think it's so much better then the wooden brush as well.

A perfect fit for my back pocket. Bristles are firm enough for great sweeping and they don't bend or kink like those in my wooden brush. Smaller than wood and a better product.

Can't comment on durability yet, but I love how thin this thing is. Fits perfectly in the back pocket and easy to take out compared to the wooden one I used to use.

I got this as a little gift for my husband as he's started Umpiring some different sports and this was an extra one as he already has a wooden one also, yet he said that this one as it's less expensive than the other one is as good, or better when it comes to him cleaning off the plate, bases etc, He's very happy with the quality of this too, so I'm very pleased with my purchase for him also.

It's a plate brush, and not a plate brush with a huge wooden handle that's challenging to stuff in a pocket. Not overpriced and looks professional. Big fan! Five stars!

I love this plate brush. It is a lot slimmer then the traditional wooden handle models. It does not take up much space in your pocket or ball bag. Nice and light too.

This is the only plate brush I have ever used. I have another brand brush that I use the scraper function but not the brush. The brush on this one has lasted me since 2006. I work 200 to over 300 games a year with one-half to two-thirds being plate jobs. I bought this brush from Beulah Hester, original owner, in 2006 and it is still going strong. Amazing value.

This is the best plate brush I have ever used. It is very light. I carry mine in my back pocket, and you don't even notice it is there. It will also last a long time.
