Very happy with this harness. I have a newer Wilson Dyna-Lite and really liked the feel, so I purchased this harness to replace a worn one on my older back-up mask. It fits well on the older mask and is very comfortable to wear.

I purchased this umpire mask replacement harness for my mask that has finally worn out of elastic. I really like this one as the fit is a lot tighter and the band is thicker than what I had previously. I feel that this gives the end user a great sense of adjustment. The straps and brackets allow for the mask to stay snug and only minor adjustments are needed after that initial fit. Can't beat it for the price. It's like having a new mask again!

I have this harness on all of my rigs, and I absolutely love them. They fit snug and securely around your head, yet are very comfortable. They're very easy to adjust and size correctly. They look sharp (MLB logo right?), and they will fit on virtually every umpire mask out there. To be really picky, the stretchy part is a little stiff out of the box, but it's perfect after a couple of games. Don't let the lower price scare you off, these harnesses are as good as they come.

Quite simply, the GOLD STANDARD. I use Wilson umpire masks exclusively and the Wilson harness works extremely well with their masks. The webbing is very well stitched and overall it gives you maximum comfort and a professional appearance. One thing that could be changed on this harness is for Wilson to offer a version which does NOT have the MLB logo on it. As an amateur umpire, there's a bit of bravado wearing that MLB logo when I am not working at that level. I don't feel as though I have earned the right to wear that logo. And make sure you watch the Ump-Attire.com video on proper installation of this harness. As always, you want to maximize your comfort, protection and appearance and this video shows you how. Cut and burn the straps? Or double them back and tape them? They show you how.

Ok maks replacement harness besides the fact that if you cut the excess harness off after fitting, the material tends to pill. I had to cauterize the ends with to prevent this, as I don't like the look of tapping excess parts of harness. For the price point, there are other harnesses out there that require less work that are just as good.

Absolutely awesome umpire mask harness to replace my harness on my new Force3 umpire mask. Easier to slip on the mask with this harness and no need to adjust like the Force3 mask strap as it needs to be adjusted all the time. Plus, the Wilson straps don't stick up and looks much cleaner. You have to look the part!

Bought this to replace an older neoprene strap and I am very happy! It's VERY snug and taking some break in time, but looks professional and my mask does not move. Super light weight and has extra long straps for larger headed people. I cut the straps a little once fitted to clean it up and it still looks amazing! 5 stars!

Always carry an extra harness, especially when traveling. This is the one you want.

I bought 2 of these to replace worn out ones on 2 different brands of masks. They fit both great! Very easy to put on and they are comfortable to wear.

Great Harness! Bought this to replace the harness on a Force3 mask. Much better fit and look in my opinion.

I purchased this to replace a stretched out harness. This MLB version is noticeably heavier in weight and construction, compared to the super light weight harness it replaced, but, that let not be noticeable and should equate to long life and extended use. I worked my first game with the new harness last weekend, and the new tighter elastic will take some break in time for me to get back to the crisp on and off snap of the mask.

I bought two of these. They worked exactly as I hoped they would and I am now again set to go. The process was simple and the delivery was timely, as promised.

Fit perfectly right out of the package, no need to 'break-in' the elastic.

Seriously the best mask strap ever! I did a game where I forgot my hat and the strap kept the mask from sliding off my head. I love how tight and snug my mask is when I wear it. It doesn't slide up and down and allows me to track pitches really good. Spend the money you won't go wrong!!

Replace my mask straps every 2 years and these are the best I've found, highly recommend them.

I bought this harness to replace the stock, worn out harness that came with my mask. The harness is built very well and is thicker and stitched heavier than stock or cheap harnesses. I highly recommend this harness if you're thinking of replacing your old one with new. Great product!
